YAHOO Web Analytics: Stores data in raw, non aggregated form. A data analysis tool in both real time and historical data that can segment instantly and visualize advnace graphs to help marketers answer specific business questions

Omniture: provides marketers with actionable real-time intelligence about digital strategy and marketing initiatives. Helps marketers identify most profitable paths through a website , segment traffic to spot high value web visitors, determine wher they navigate to and identify critical success metrics.

KISSmetrics:Live analytics solutions that gives real time data on your users and track what they do on your site.

They tracks users on websites and help to gain new insights on the users. They also help to increase business stuff or make better decisions

Not all are real time data.


Qualitative tools

They are easy to use and have the ability to see what the users are doing in real time and get results instantly. They are also interactive and responsive allowing users to ask questions, poll or forms.

Not all are free to use or signup and only some has click heat map to see where your visitor click on every page e.g. click tale.
Not all are able to collect responses from many channels.
